The practitioner will spend a moment connecting with your body's energy. Moving slowly around your body, the practitioner places his or her hands on or above different parts of your head, shoulders, neck, chest and limbs. The practitioner can also follow your direction to focus on an injury or an area where you are holding stress or other discomfort.
In an Energy Medicine Session, some experience the release of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual blocks. Most people feel a deep relaxation and many fall asleep during the session. You may also experience physical sensations such as warmth or tingling. Some people gain insights about their lives, dreams, goals and challenges.
