We provide process based art-healing workshops in San Francisco. The focus is on the creative process and not the product or outcome. The point is not to worry about what your artwork looks like, but to just engage fully in the inspiration that comes to you so that you can free the artist and healer within you.
Our workshops include guided imagery, shamanic journeying, animal cards, african chant, movement, drumming and making art. We explore creative blocks and free ourselves from judgement. All materials are provided; paint, fabric, paper, sewing supplies, collage materials and more.
